Agreement
By using FlashNurse (flashnurse.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What FlashNurse is
FlashNurse is a free flashcard study tool for nursing and pre-nursing students. No account is required, and there is no charge to use any feature of the Site.
Using the Site
You may use FlashNurse for personal, educational study. The flashcard content, wording, clinical tips, memory hooks, deck organization, and site design are the property of FlashNurse and may not be reproduced, republished, scraped, resold, or used to build a competing product or database without our permission.
No medical or professional advice
FlashNurse is a study aid, not a substitute for your nursing program's official curriculum, textbooks, clinical instruction, or professional medical judgment. Flashcard content is provided for educational review only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for clinical decisions or exam preparation. We work to keep content accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.
No guarantee of outcomes
Studying with FlashNurse does not guarantee any particular score on the TEAS or any other exam, or any outcome in a nursing program. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
"As is," no warranty
FlashNurse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashNurse and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including exam performance or academic outcomes.
Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
